I recently relocated to Arizona from Los Angeles and used Express Relocation Van Lines.
I was a very nervous mover who researched diligently for several months before selecting a moving company. I found many options and a wide variety of estimates but kept returning to Express Relocation Van Lines for one primary reason GRACE ULANDAY.
Grace is extremely knowledgeable of your company and services, believes in your company and coveys that confidence to potential customers. She is acutely aware of the tremendous strain and uncertainty clients experience when undertaking a long distance move. Relocating is extremely unsettling, a large financial investment and making the decision of who to trust with all of your belongings is incredibly difficult. Grace, however, addressed every question and concern I had with exactly the right amount of patience, confidence, and assurance to make me feel comfortable. She instinctively knew my needs and stayed in contact with me daily until my belongings safely arrived in Arizona…even following up two weeks after to make sure everything was fine.
I write this letter to express my complete satisfaction with Express Relocation. I had very valuable antiques and furniture and the extent of my damage was a broken bottom to a glass plant holder. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend you highly to anyone I know who is moving. But I also want you to know specifically my satisfaction is the result of your employee Grace Ulanday.

I recently relocated to Arizona from Los Angeles and used Express Relocation Van Lines. This letter is to express my complete satisfaction with my move particularly my moving crew GEORGE, OSCAR and RUBIN.
I was a very nervous mover but immediately sensed I had three gentlemen working with me who cared about my concerns and property, were experienced and extremely professional. George handled the paperwork promptly and with confidence which, again added to my comfort zone – while Oscar and Rubin immediately started to work.
I had a two bedroom apartment with a lot of furniture – some of which was valuable antiques which your crew immediately recognized. They worked tirelessly, always communicating with me and updating me on their progress. I was asked permission for any kind of breaks whatsoever which I found refreshing. It was a very long day but a day which met with my complete satisfaction.
I was delighted to se OSCAR as part of the crew who arrived with my belongings in Arizona. It was a sense of trust that my belongings were in good hands. He and ISSAC displayed their experience and professionals as they quickly unloaded my furniture and placed it in the appropriate rooms. Isaac, sensing my frustration at having no cell phone service, even offered me his, so I could let family know I had arrived.
I cannot say enough about these individuals and to let you know what an asset they are to Express Relocation Van Lines. They represent you and your company well.

Ray Yaron and Express Relocation Van Line recently assisted me in a very difficult move across the country. Ray kept me informed with each step of the move and was always willing to help. He was very courteous and extremely proffessional. the moving teams that picked up and delivered the household goods were also very helpful and courteous. I felt I was in excellent hands.
Moving Companies, unfortunately, do not have a good reputation with being honest. I know that with Ray Yaron and his crew I received a very fair and honest price and excellent service. All our household items arrived in good condition. Ray also went beyond expectation in the level of service I received from him in the transport of my vehicle.
I have made several moves across country and can honestly say this was the most successful moving experience I have had. I highly recommend Ray Yaron and Express Relocation Van Line for any move you might have.

In July 2004, I had the opportunity to use Express Relocation Van Line, Inc. to move me from Boston MA to New Jersey. One of the reasons I chose E.Relocation, is that I received excellent customer service from the very 1st phone call.
My 1st contact was Daisy. She explained the very first steps it would take to relocate my items from storage. Since I never used a relocation service before, I was anxious and had many questions. Daisy was very patient and never once pressured me to make a decision.
After I decided to use E. Relocation, I then spoke more with Ray Yaron. Again, he was very professional and stayed in communication throughout the entire period. The pickup person in Boston was very nice to me. I had not packed everything properly in some cases and he had to repack some items for me. This took quite a bit of time. Despite that, he worked hard and made sure all my glass wear was properly wrapped. The drop-off person in NJ was also nice to me. He helped me to relax as I was getting nervous because his assistant was running a little late and it was pouring rain. Moving ingeneral is a stressful experience. Not to mention moving to a new state...But with Express Relocation Van Line, everything went smoothly and I would gladly use them again if need be. I'd also encourage anyone else to use them.
